What Makes a Good Idea?
You don't need a degree in engineering. The best ideas usually come from the people doing the work every day. Here is what we're looking for:
Health & Safety
Ideas that reduce risk, remove hazards, or make the physical work environment safer for everyone.
Efficiency
Ways to save time, reduce waste of materials, or streamline a process that has been annoying you for months.
Team Culture
Improvements to the breakroom, better communication tools, or ideas that boost overall morale and teamwork.

Submit Your Idea
Fill out the simple 3-minute form online. Describe the problem and your proposed solution. No perfect spelling or formatting required.
Review
The Championeers Panel reviews all submissions monthly. The best ideas are selected after a review, and are nominated for the $1,000 award.
Receive The Award
If your idea is implemented by your workplace, you receive the $1,000 Innovation Award and enter the Hall of Fame.
