Fill out the simple 3-minute form online. Describe the problem and your proposed solution. No perfect spelling or formatting required.
Review & Pilot
Management reviews all submissions monthly. The best ideas are selected for a trial pilot program with a dedicated budget.
Win The Bounty
If your idea is successfully implemented and proven to work, you receive the $1,000 Innovation Bounty and enter the Hall of Fame.
