Workplace Improvement Idea Terms & Conditions

Open to employees of participating workplaces only.

40 winners will be selected across 12 months.

There may be multiple winners in a month. Once all 40 winners have been selected for the year, the program will conclude for that year.

Employees who have already won may still submit workplace improvement ideas but will not be eligible for an additional prize.

Workplace improvement ideas must be submitted through the drop box or online form.

The winner will receive up to $1,000 and a Championeers Trophy when the improvement idea is implemented by the workplace. There is no guarantee that your idea will be implemented.

If the improvement idea is dismissed by the workplace, the idea will not be accepted.

Employees agree to participate in promotional activities related to the New Zealand Championeers Club.

Any publications or presentations resulting from the improvement ideas must acknowledge the support of the New Zealand Championeers Club.
