To encourage participation in the Championeers Club programme, all businesses that are a part of the Championeers Club programme go into the draw to win a $100 ILT Gift Card every week.
How does it work?
Sign up for the Championeers Club and receive a Lucky Ticket with a number on it.
If your employees submit at least one idea at least 24 hours before the draw held at the end of each week, you're in to win!
The winner is drawn at the end of the week and will be contacted to arrange the collection of their prize.
If the winner returns contact within 3 days, the prize claim process will begin, and the winner is posted on the website.

Terms and Conditions
0. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
“Organisers” means the Championeers Club team and any staff, agents, or contractors involved in administering the programme or the draw.
“Business” means a workplace or organisation enrolled in the Championeers Club programme.
“Lucky Ticket” means the unique numbered ticket issued to a Business upon joining the Championeers Club.
“Submission” means an idea submitted by an employee of the Business either via the designated physical collection boxes or via the approved online submission platform.
“Draw Date” means the scheduled date on which the weekly winner is selected.
“Eligible Week” means a calendar week in which the Business has met all conditions for entry into the draw for that week.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Entry is open only to Businesses enrolled in the Championeers Club that have been issued a Lucky Ticket.
1.2 A Business is eligible for a given month’s draw only if at least one Submission has been received no later than 12 hours before the Draw Date (e.g. for a draw on 30 September, submissions must be received before 11:59am same day).
1.3 Multiple Submissions from the same Business within an Eligible Week do not increase the Business’s chances of winning; each eligible Business receives one entry per week.
1.4 Any Business that has won a weekly draw is ineligible to be entered into the immediately following week’s draw.
2. Prize and Draw Process
2.1 One winning Lucky Ticket is drawn at random on the Draw Date at the end of each week from all eligible Businesses for that week.
2.2 The prize is one (1) $100 ILT Gift Card. The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not substitutable.
2.3 If the ILT Gift Card becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Organisers’ control, a prize of equal value may be substituted.
2.4 ILT Gift Card terms and conditions apply in addition to these Terms.
2.5 The draw will be supervised by an independent person who is not involved in the administration of the programme or the entries for that month’s draw.
2.6 The winning Lucky Ticket will be selected using a fair and random method. The Organisers’ determination of the winner is final.
3. Notification and Claiming the Prize
3.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details held on file.
3.2 The winner must respond within three (3) days to confirm acceptance of the prize.
3.3 If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and another winner may be drawn at the Organisers’ discretion.
3.4 Once the prize is confirmed as claimed, the winning Business will be posted on the Championeers website.
4. General Conditions
4.1 The Organisers may verify that eligibility and submission requirements have been met before awarding the prize. A Business may be disqualified or removed from the draw if, for example:
no valid Submission was received within the required timeframe,
the Submission was not made through an approved method or is invalid,
the Business had already won the previous week’s draw,
the Business provided false or misleading information, or
the Business attempted to interfere with or influence the draw process.
4.2 The Organisers may amend, suspend, or cancel the draw or these Terms at any time where reasonably required (including due to error, misconduct, or circumstances beyond their control). Any material changes will be communicated where practicable, but changes may take effect immediately if required.
4.3 Personal and business information collected for the Championeers Club will be used solely for the administration of the programme and the draw, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
4.4 By participating, the winning Business acknowledges that its name may be published for promotional and reporting purposes related to the Championeers Club.
4.5 The Organisers are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected Submissions, or for any technical, communication, or system issues that may affect the ability to enter.
4.6 To the extent permitted by law, the Organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the draw or acceptance of the prize.
4.7 Any disputes regarding the draw or these Terms will be resolved by the Organisers in their sole discretion.
4.8 Participation in the programme and the draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
