Stu from McMaster Engineering had a workplace improvement idea that just made sense.

He’s seen how messy Health & Safety admin can get at his workplace, so he came up with an AI-powered app to sort it out - keep policies in check, flag renewals, and take a bunch of pressure off day-to-day work.

He put it forward to New Zealand Championeers, and the panel endorsed his idea.

Now it’s on track to be rolled out with support from his workplace, and he’s picked up $1,000 in the process.

That’s the whole point of New Zealand Championeers - you’ve probably got ideas like this sitting in your head already. The difference is, this gives you a way to actually do something with them.

If it’s practical and it can make your workplace better, people will listen. Stu proved that.

If you’ve got a good workplace idea in the Southland region, and want to make some money too, then New Zealand Championeers will help make that a reality.
